Plastic extrusion is a high volume manufactoring process in which raw plastic is melted and formed into a continuos profile.
We use only top quality raw thermoplastic in order to make the mudgard shiny and very durable.
To produce our plastic mudgards a thiny aluminium foil is inserted before the melted plastic enters the profiler die during the extrusion process giving shape to a composite material having unique characteristics, such as:

With a wide range of profilers now available we can produce mudgards with a choice of two shape widths in the diameters, from 16” to 28”.
