The desing and manifacture of a simplified electrical system for the supply of the tail and front lights, if installed, is very easy thanks to the electrical conduction properties of the aluminium foil inserted into the plastic profile during the extrusion process.

Two ways of cables fastening are available:

- ECO TYPE: direct riveting onto the mudgard profile

- CAP TYPE: eyelet contactor riveted onto the plastic profile and removable plastic cap for wiring fastening

Wiring can be supplied with nude ends or micro-contactors.

Stainless eyelet riveted onto the mudgard profile, wire fastened with plastic cap.For dinamo and rear light supply, if installed.

Micro contactor already riveted. For front light supply, if installed.

ECO TYPE

Wire with micro-contactors end already riveted onto the mudgard profile.

EXTRUDED MUDGARD

Available for PLS45 and PLS53 profile. Zinc-plated, not assembled, provide the fixing of the rear mudgard to the bicycle rack as alternative solution to the stays fixing.
