Metal mudgards are the first products developed by Officine Re Sas from its start in 1953.

The production process has been improved over time through the realization of specific equipment.

Officine Re  now has three lines of calendering capable of a daily production of about 10,000 pairs of mudgards.

The metal tape, plain or pre-coated, is modeled in the calenders to get the exact profile and diameter.

It is then cut to length and both edges are turned up so as to avoid sharp corners.

After riveting the bracket on the front mudgards, stays and other accesories are applied and the mudgards is ready to be shipped.
